At age 68, Francis, who prefers to be called by his first name, is known to many as the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Time Equities Inc. (TEI), a multibillion dollar real estate firm that manages a portfolio of over 25 million square feet of property in 29 U.S. states, the British Virgin Islands, Canada, Germany and the Netherlands.
